Excellent experience from the estimator to talking with Ken (the owner) because I needed an adjustment to the plan. Then the crew of Bob, Gage and Allen showed up and they knocked it out of the park!!!! Grand slam all the way. Love these guys and highly recommend them if you have a bath project, can't say about any other projects, but these guys were PROs all the way! Thank you soooo much!
We saw Miller Home Renovations and Bath Planet at a home show. From the show to the in-home consultation to the final results, we were impressed with their dedication to and pride in their product. The experience of remodeling through them was easy and professional, and we love our new shower!
When I buy something I bring it home and look at it until I can see myself using it. If I can't see it, I return it to the store. You can and can’t do that with a bathroom remodel because all the elements are too separated and most have to be re-worked to fit into the space. The Bath Planet website was very helpful in the initial visualization process. Thumbs up. Having worked with many contractors (good and bad), I have learned that one element is the most important: skin in the game. This means a physical place of business, preferably with their name on it, and regular employees. Happy employees. Bath Planet run by Ken Miller in Vancouver, WA is just such a place. Another thumb up. The next two important elements: product knowledge and flexibility. Bath Planet specializes in bathrooms. They have a certain set of products that they know well and install on a regular basis. They guarantee their work. They answer their phone and replied to my queries. They adjusted to my changing sense of design (within reason), the inevitable quirks and personal delays, and displayed patience all the while. More thumbs up. Finally, because long reviews can get boring, the fourth element is the execution of the promised job. Bath Planet arrived, carefully protected all areas of traffic and construction, worked with minimal noise, dust and debris — and cleaned up before leaving at the end of each day. They were polite, well-spoken and steady at their job. They could also answer all o
I was amazed! My house was built in 1940 and I was expecting lost of problems related to that. Joel said there were a few, but he had anticipated that and they were easily overcome. They did a beautiful job, and all in one day. Amazing!! I am so pleased.
The repairman was very good at showing me some simple ways of fixing shower head and the mechanics that hold it in place. Was very pleased with his service.. Service done on 6/19/2018
We are very satisfied with the work. Everyone we worked with at Miller Home Renovations were very nice, professional and helpful. We had them remove the old tub and surround and replace it with a shower system as well as replace the toilet and flooring. We love it all!
The master bathroom was something I wanted to change since I bought this house 35 years ago. Toilet and shower in one room and the sink on the other side of a pocket door - IN THE BEDROOM. Evidently, they made some weird architectural choices in the 1970s. When Miller Home Renovations/Bath Planet said they could move the pocket door so everything in the master bath would be in the bathroom, I was sold. There were many choices to make about the acrylics and fixtures and I think my choices look great. The work was done quickly and professionally. After the job was finished, I discovered a problem with the pocket door and they came back out and fixed the problem. Thank you for a beautiful bathroom.
Ken Miller will do whatever it takes to make you happy with his product (shower in this case). I was very impressed with his concerns. The shower is just what they promise.
Three years ago we were blessed with 2 new accessible showers. Recently there was a small issue with shower door caulk. Within a week of contacting Ken, he followed up and the issue was taken care of. It’s amazing to find a company with such quick response to their customers, three years later! They truly stand behind their work! Thank you!
At the Portland Home and Garden show this last fall, we talked to Miller Home Renovations (Bath Planet) and a few others. We decided to have Millers come out and give us a quote because of the displays had what we wanted and also they could do a remodel. The others could not. John came out and gave us a quote for one bathroom. Compared to cost of my Mom's remodel of JUST a Jaczzi walk in shower, we had two bathrooms remodeled for the same price. Our remodel consisted of 1st bathroom a new walkin shower, toilet, vanity top and faucet, floor and replace vent. The 2nd was a new walkin shower, toilet, floor and replace vent. The first of the year they came our to do our install. Larenzo came in and tore out the tub and lined the and prepped the wall and base of the two bathrooms. Allen, Bob and Shane followed him and started the rest of the tear dowm. They worked in the main bathroom first. leaving the second bathroom intact without the bathtub so that we still had a bathroom to use. We were only with out a shower for two days but still could use the bathrooms. Two and one half days later we had our bathrooms done. The crew was very informative of what was happening as they went along. Cleaned up after themselves. We were impressed with every aspect of the install and sales. We really love our bathrooms now! Wish we had done this years ago. THANKS
For 24 months on your new dream bathroom!
