It means showing up for the people, families, and causes that make our community stronger. That’s why we were proud to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides of Oregon and Southwest Washington for the third consecutive year. For our owner, Ken Miller, supporting this cause is especially meaningful. His commitment to giving back reflects the values at the heart of Miller Home Renovations: compassion, connection, and a genuine desire to make a difference beyond our business. The Making Strides walk brings people together to raise awareness and support the fight against breast cancer. It creates a space to honor survivors, recognize those currently fighting cancer, remember loved ones we have lost, and stand alongside the families and caregivers whose lives have been touched by the disease. Each year, our team is reminded of the strength and resilience found throughout our community. Participating in this event gives us an opportunity to connect with others, share encouragement, and contribute to a cause that impacts so many lives. We were honored to host a booth, meet fellow participants, and be part of a day centered on hope, courage, and solidarity. Community outreach has always been an important part of who we are at Miller Home Renovations. We believe being a local business comes with a responsibility to invest in the people and neighborhoods we serve. Whether through supporting charitable organizations, participating in local events, or finding meaningful ways to give back, we strive to make a positive impact wherever we can. Returning to the Making Strides walk for a third year is a reminder that meaningful change happens when people come together around a shared purpose. We are grateful to the American Cancer Society, the event organizers, the volunteers, and everyone who continues to support this important mission. To every survivor, fighter, caregiver, and family member affected by cancer: we stand with you. We look forward to continuing our involvement in the community and supporting causes that bring people together and make a difference. **At Miller Home Renovations, building a stronger community starts with showing up for one another.** [Community Outreach](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/blog/tag/community-outreach) ![logo-made-in-usa](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/hs-fs/hubfs/logo-made-in-usa.png?width=137&height=138&name=logo-made-in-usa.png) ![logo-bbb](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/hs-fs/hubfs/logo-bbb.png?width=140&height=69&name=logo-bbb.png) ![Miller Home Renovations logo](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/hubfs/logo.svg) - [facebook](https://www.facebook.com/MillerHomeRenovationsWA/) - - [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/millerhomerenovations/) - [linkedin](https://www.linkedin.com/company/millerhomerenovations/) **Contact Us** 6109 E 18th Street Suite A Vancouver, WA 98661 [(360) 218-2908](tel:+13602182908) **Help** - [Showroom](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/showroom) - [Warranty](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/offers/warranty) - [Financing](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/offers/financing) - [FAQ](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/frequently-asked-questions) **Products** - [Showers](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/showers) - [Bathtubs](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/bathtubs) - [Conversions](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/conversions) - [Accessible Bathrooms](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/accessibility) **Service Areas** - [Vancouver](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/vancouver-bathroom-remodeler) - [Portland Metro](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/portland-bathroom-remodeler) - [Salem](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/salem-bathroom-remodeler) - [Oregon City](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/oregon-city-bathroom-remodeler) - [Olympia](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/olympia) - [Albany](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/albany-bathroom-remodeler) - [Beaverton](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/beaverton-bathroom-remodeler) - [Tualatin](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/tualatin-bathroom-remodeler) **Company** - [About](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/about-us) - [Blog](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/blog) - [Get in Touch](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/contact-us) - [Offers](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/offers) - [Reviews](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/reviews) - [Design Studio](http://designstudio.bathplanet.com/?contact=www.millerhomerenovations.net/contact-us) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/privacy-policy) - [Terms of Service](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/terms-of-service) - [Accessibility Statement](https://www.millerhomerenovations.net/accessibility-statement) Copyright © 2013-2026 All Rights Reserved.
