We knew we wanted to get rid of our old 1980's shower and tub/shower but really did not know how to begin or with which company. We did know that we did not want to go with tile. Never again. We also knew that we did not want a high gloss finish because we have hard water that leaves hard spots that is impossible to remove. We knew we wanted a matte finish And we found the perfect one when we visited Bath Planet/Miller Home Renovations. Austin, the consultant, came out to measure and walk us through the process. The shower is wonderful. The matte finish is perfect. No grout lines! So easy to clean and no hard water spots. Done in one day! 16 months later, we decided to do the same with our other bathroom which had a high gloss 80's molded tub/shower. Met with Austin again and he mentioned that the new shower would be much roomier and it is. Austin, the installer, did both of the showers and he is amazing. The work he did is impressive and he cleaned up after!! He even placed the shower head a bit taller as my husband is tall and I'm short. The side walls go up to the ceiling. Cleaning our new showers is easy and they provided us with a spray on cleaner and it works beautifully. We opted out of a glass door because of the water spot build up. Curtains are easier to take down and throw into the washer. We also love the grab bar that we chose. In the future we may install a fold down wooden seat.

Miller Renovations remodeled our bathroom recently, and the team (Bob, Mike, Bryce) did an exceptional job. Their attention to detail was evident in every part of the project, and they were both respectful and friendly throughout the entire process. They kept the workspace very tidy each day, which we really appreciated. They also went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy with the placement of shelving and other finishing touches. I am very happy with the shower replacement that Miller Home Renovations/Bath Planet performed for us these last 2 days. They efficiently replaced the dry rot under our old shower and were able to accommodate having the shower door open the opposite direction the model usually opens. Oh my gosh, the team that put in a new walk in shower was above the top exceptional. Lance, Jared and Gage were off the charts in their demeaner, respect and professionalism. We had our shower done about 10 years ago. Love it! However our shower shelf cracked at the shaving shelf. We thought we would have to pay for a new one and stopped by the state fair booth. The person there was like “no-it’s all covered by warranty”. Millers worked with me as the marble pattern I choose was no longer available. They worked hard to find something we would still be pleased with. The person who uninstalled the first one and installed our new solution was absolutely professional and a pleasure to have working on our shower. We like the new solution (shelves) even better than the original. He also went out of his way to reinstall new caulking around the bottom of the shower to make it all look new again. No charge whatsoever! Well worth our original investment!

Working with Miller Home renovations from the time we met them at the local homeshow to having Austin out for the estimate was a breeze. The estimate was very professional and quite quick. Austin showed us all our options and some were shown on his laptop which made it easier to make our choices. They stayed in contact with us for the five for six weeks waiting for our install date, making a very smooth transition for when the installers arrived. They were here 2 days and did a very clean and professional demolition and were quite quiet. We had them replace the bathroom floor as well. The final result is truly amazing from what we had before. Miller Home renovations is truly a very professional company and very customer oriented. We have had one or two followup emails and phone calls to see if we are satisfied with our gorgeous new bathroom. Just had our shower installed yesterday. Everything promised in the sale was delivered by a hardworking, knowledgeable crew. They arrived the day and time scheduled 3 weeks before, got right to work and completed the job at the end of the 2nd day as promised, cleaned up completely after they were done and I hardly felt the intrusion. It wasn't the cheapest, but it was the best. Our salesman's word was great and the process was simple and easy. We love our new shower and wish we had done this years ago. We had a tub converted to a shower in 2013 at the home we share with my now 99 year old father in law. Everything went well during the entire project which was completed on time and on budget. In 2018, we noticed a small crack developing around the shower drain. We contacted them and spoke with Ken directly. He sent someone out and they added bracing under the shower floor pan to remedy the problem. In December 2023, we noticed that the crack around the shower drain was getting worse. We contacted them and worked with Matt. After they determined that it was still on warranty, they worked quickly to get us information on what was currently available and, with Brittany's help, we got everything rolling. The 2 repair people, Robbie and Zeke, were exceptional and did great work. They ran into a couple of minor problems, but Brittany was able to deliver the required materials to make sure that everything was good and stayed on schedule. The whole team that we dealt with were professional, responsive and just plain nice people to work with. We firmly stand behind this company. They honored an installations from 11 years ago without a problem. They ARE great and we highly recommend them. Dave

We had our old upstairs bathtub and shower replaced with a new walk-in shower, and everything came out beautifully. The tear-down and installation was remarkably quick. The whole process took only a day and a half, and it would have been even quicker but the installer (Austin Roberts) discovered some serious problems with the existing water pipes and drain that needed to be replaced once the old tub had been removed. Austin proved to be an experienced, knowledgeable, diligent, and detail-oriented craftsman, as well as a very personable and pleasant person to work with. The work was all done with little disruption to the household, everything was cleaned up beautifully afterward, and Austin gave us detailed explanations of everything we needed to know. We couldn’t have wished for a better installation. If we decide to replace our downstairs bath and shower, I would not hesitate having Miller Home Renovations do the job for us.

We used Miller Home Renovations to convert our tub/shower to just a walk in shower. Everyone who came to our house was polite, professional, and respectful. My wife is in a wheelchair and they were very patient while she had to transfer from her wheelchair to a shower bench in order to make sure that the handlebars, handheld shower and bar, corner shelves were mounted for her ease of use. The only thing that I wish was that we could have chosen our own water valve and diverter valve. Other than that, it was a very nice installation.

Bob, Michael and Ezekiel Did a fantastic job on my project. They were here at 8 o'clock sharp every morning and left the place totally clean every time they left. There were some underlying plumbing problems that I had and after explaining it to the guys they checked everything they did to make sure that I didn't have a leak. In doing so they discovered some very bad Original installation Plumbing that has been pestering me for 30 years. When I looked for a company to replace my bathtub, I wanted two things: a beautiful, quality product and a company that would be there for me if a problem eventually developed. I found both with Miller Home Renovations. A few years ago, they installed a new bathtub/shower combination. I was extremely pleased with the result. However, I recently discovered there was water damage from an intermittent plumbing leak, and I was very worried since I didn’t know what kind of response to expect from the company. I called and talked to the service manager, who assured me that they take care of their customers. The next day, one of their installers came out and determined that there was indeed a problem. Owner Ken Miller personally came out, respectfully addressed my concerns, and determined what repairs were needed. Work began the following day. Throughout the process, Ken Miller reached out to me to make sure I didn’t have unaddressed concerns or unanswered questions. The installers were great; repairs were expertly made. I am completely satisfied with the results, and so happy with this company. Miller Home Renovations is a great company that really does stand behind its work. I highly recommend them.

The people: We could tell that these are experienced professionals. And every worker was polite and friendly. The sale: Two people asked what we needed, looked at the situation, then sat with us and worked through the plan. The construction: Since the shower (master bathroom) and tub (guest bathroom) were back-to-back and that wall was rotting, the old set-in stall and old iron tub had to be removed for wall repair and shower and tub replaced. The old stall was actually a stall in a stall, making it very small. The new shower is acrylic surface on the walls, making it 4" larger than before. We had them add a folding seat so washing toes is easier. Over all, we are five stars happy with the installers and the result.

We recently had our old tub taken out and a shower installed. Gage and Trent were the workers who converted our tub to a shower. They were wonderful. They were very professional and courteous. The two gentlemen who completed the work ( Robby & Nolan were professional and courteous. Took time to explain the scope of work when complete they walked us through the process. They worked very efficiently and tidy. I hope the new shower is as reliable as these two young men

It took 2 days to complete the installation. I am so happy with the finished product. I have always wanted a nice soaker tub and to turn my master bathroom into a spa. My dream came true. My bathroom is no longer dated, it looks brand new and modern. I love it. The workers that did the installation were polite, respectful and did an amazing job. It was a bit costly but hey, it was a great and worthwhile investment. Worth every dollar.

Bob and Robby (with some help from Chris) handled our bathroom remodel, including shower replacement and floor. Everything was first class, and care was taken to protect nearby carpets and furniture. They were always courteous and prompt. Kept us posted on throughout on progress. On the day they arrived, our water shutoff valve decided to break (and leak) while I was turning off the water. Luckily Bob knew exactly how to handle the emergency, preventing damage to our floor. These guys are pros!

We first saw the Bath Planet product at a Remodel Show and talked with Ken Miller’s team about our needs. Since we only have 1 bathroom the need to have the project completed in one day was very important to us. The team listened to our concerns and explained the installation of the Bath Planet product. They were honest with us about the 1 day installation, that in most cases they can do it in 1 day but everything depends on what they find after the old shower/tub fixture is removed. To make a long story short, Ken Miller’s team of installers got in there and did a beautiful job. The biggest thing for us was that it took them 1 day as promised. We are very happy with our new installations! The salesperson and the tradesmen were knowledgeable and friendly. They removed the 1970’s units and installed all new acrylic shower and bath in three days! Six months later there was some minor caulking repair needed. I called on a Friday late afternoon, and the owner Ken called me back early Monday to schedule the work. It was done the next day. This company takes good care of their customers!

We were very satisfied from start to finish working with John Riche and the crew of three he sent to do the work. The work involved replacing and enlarging a master bath shower and replacing a bath tub with a large shower in the guest bath room. We actually went to their office in Vancouver and were well received and able to see examples of their product line from Bath Planet. John came to our home and offered suggestions some of which we used. Impressed with the paper work and contract, etc. They came on date promised and completed work in the two days as scheduled. I contacted John with a minor last minute change and he went out of his way to satisfy us. Many complements from our guests who have seen our remodeled bath rooms.

When I buy something I bring it home and look at it until I can see myself using it. If I can't see it, I return it to the store. You can and can’t do that with a bathroom remodel because all the elements are too separated and most have to be re-worked to fit into the space. The master bathroom was something I wanted to change since I bought this house 35 years ago. Toilet and shower in one room and the sink on the other side of a pocket door - IN THE BEDROOM. Evidently, they made some weird architectural choices in the 1970s. When Miller Home Renovations/Bath Planet said they could move the pocket door so everything in the master bath would be in the bathroom, I was sold. There were many choices to make about the acrylics and fixtures and I think my choices look great. The work was done quickly and professionally. After the job was finished, I discovered a problem with the pocket door and they came back out and fixed the problem. Thank you for a beautiful bathroom.

At the Portland Home and Garden show this last fall, we talked to Miller Home Renovations (Bath Planet) and a few others. We decided to have Millers come out and give us a quote because of the displays had what we wanted and also they could do a remodel. The others could not. John came out and gave us a quote for one bathroom. Compared to cost of my Mom's remodel of JUST a Jaczzi walk in shower, we had two bathrooms remodeled for the same price. Our remodel consisted of 1st bathroom a new walkin shower, toilet, vanity top and faucet, floor and replace vent. The 2nd was a new walkin shower, toilet, floor and replace vent. The first of the year they came our to do our install. Larenzo came in and tore out the tub and lined the and prepped the wall and base of the two bathrooms. Allen, Bob and Shane followed him and started the rest of the tear dowm. They worked in the main bathroom first. leaving the second bathroom intact without the bathtub so that we still had a bathroom to use. We were only with out a shower for two days but still could use the bathrooms. Two and one half days later we had our bathrooms done. The crew was very informative of what was happening as they went along. Cleaned up after themselves. We were impressed with every aspect of the install and sales. We really love our bathrooms now! Wish we had done this years ago. THANKS

The two man crew (Allan and Bob) arrived right on time all ready to work. They were careful to cover hallway and stairs with canvas so there would be no dust or stains. They quickly decided how to do the job and went to work. The old shower/bath went out and t he new went in. The old vanity went out. The old yellowish floor covering went out and the new (red) floor cover went in, then the new vanity with new counter top. A drawer of the new vanity was too close to the cold water turn-off so Allen made an adjustment so the drawer would close properly. When finished, they cleaned everything, including vacuuming the hall and stairs. It looks great. It works great. We had been scheduled for 2 1/2 days - they completed the job in two days. We are so pleased with the work that we are already planning to ask the same two men to work on a kitchen do-over..
